This page explains how you can request deletion of your Sosyal Karne account and your personal data.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can send your data deletion request to the following email address:

Including the following information in your request will speed up the process:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Business name
- Subject of the request (e.g. account closure, data deletion, disconnecting an account)
2. Verification
Before your data deletion request can be processed, we may verify your identity and your ownership of the account.
3. Data That Can Be Deleted
Depending on your request, the following data may be deleted or anonymized:
- User account information
- Business profile and report data
- Instagram / Google connection information and API tokens
- Panel usage records
4. Removing Connections
You can also remove your Instagram and Google connections yourself from the panel at any time. When a connection is removed, the related access tokens are invalidated.
5. Legal Exceptions
Records that must be retained for invoicing, accounting and regulatory reasons may continue to be retained for the applicable statutory periods; at the end of those periods they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Processing Time
Once verification is complete, your request is resolved within the reasonable period set out in the applicable legislation, and we will get back to you.
