These Terms of Use govern the use of the digital analysis, reporting, social media visibility and business performance assessment service called Sosyal Karne, provided by Vebusoft Yazılım Sistemleri Ltd. Şti.
By using the Sosyal Karne website, user panel, payment flow, reporting services or third-party integrations, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.
If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Platform, create an account, make a payment or connect your third-party accounts.
1. Parties
1.1. Service provider

1.2. User
The User is any individual, legal entity or legal entity representative who visits the Sosyal Karne website, creates an account, purchases a service, uses the panel, creates a report, connects an Instagram/Meta/Google account or benefits from the services in any way.
2. Definitions
Company: means Vebusoft Yazılım Sistemleri Ltd. Şti.
Platform: means the Sosyal Karne website, user panel, payment flow, reporting infrastructure, software services, API connections and all related digital services.
Service: means the digital analysis, reporting, social media performance, business visibility, Google Business Profile analysis, website assessment and similar services provided through the Platform.
User Panel: means the private area where the user creates an account, enters business information, connects Instagram/Google accounts, views reports and manages services.
Report: means the digital analysis output generated by the Platform using user data, business information, data obtained from third-party platforms or system analyses.
Package: means a one-time report, subscription, corporate plan, agency plan or similar paid or free service option offered to the user.
Connected Account: means an Instagram, Meta, Facebook, Google or similar third-party account that the user connects to the Platform with their own explicit permission.
3. Scope of the Service
Sosyal Karne is a digital analysis and reporting platform developed to make the digital presence of businesses more measurable. The following features may be offered as part of the service:
- Instagram professional account analysis
- Social media profile and content performance analysis
- Google Business Profile visibility analysis
- Google reviews and rating assessment
- Website visibility and conversion readiness analysis
- Business digital visibility report
- Artificial intelligence (AI) visibility and discoverability test
- Scoring and performance assessment
- Viewing reports in the panel
- PDF or digital report output
- Recommendation and action lists
The scope of the service may vary depending on the package purchased, the data provided by the user, third-party platform permissions and technical access.
4. Relationship with Third-Party Platforms
Sosyal Karne may work in integration with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Google Business Profile or similar third-party platforms.
Sosyal Karne:
- Is not a product developed or owned by Meta.
- Is not a product developed or owned by Instagram.
- Is not a product developed or owned by Facebook.
- Is not a product developed or owned by Google.
- Should not be interpreted as a product guaranteed, supported or endorsed by these platforms.
The user is obliged to comply with the terms of use, privacy policies, API rules and community standards of the third-party platforms they connect.
Some features of the Service may change temporarily or permanently due to third-party platforms' API changes, access restrictions, permission revocations, missing data, quota limits or account policies.
5. Account Creation and Use
The user may create an account to use the Platform. When creating an account, the user:
- Must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Must act on their own behalf or on behalf of a business they are authorized to represent.
- Must keep their account information confidential.
- Must notify the Company immediately in case of unauthorized use.
- Accepts responsibility for the transactions carried out in their account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close accounts created with false, incomplete, misleading, fake or unlawful information.
6. User's Declaration of Authority
The user declares that they hold the necessary authority over the Instagram, Meta, Facebook, Google, Google Business Profile, website or other digital assets they connect to the Platform.
The user accepts that:
- They will not connect accounts belonging to others without permission,
- They will not act on behalf of businesses they are not authorized to represent,
- They will not use third parties' account or business data without permission,
- All information they provide to the Platform is accurate,
- They are authorized to have the data obtained from connected accounts analyzed.
If these declarations are untrue, all resulting legal and criminal liability rests with the user.
7. Instagram, Meta and Facebook Connections
The user may connect their Instagram, Meta or Facebook accounts through the Platform with their own explicit permission. These connections work only within the scope of the permissions the user has granted on the relevant platforms.
Sosyal Karne:
- Does not post on the user's behalf.
- Does not post stories or Reels on the user's behalf.
- Does not write comments on the user's behalf.
- Does not send messages on the user's behalf.
- Does not launch ad campaigns on the user's behalf.
- Does not change account settings.
- Does not contact the user's followers.
- Uses the permitted data only for analysis and reporting.
The user may remove the relevant connection at any time through the panel.
8. Google and Google Business Profile Connections
The user may connect their Google account or Google Business Profile access through the Platform with their own explicit permission. This connection is used to analyze and report on the business profiles the user is authorized to access.
Sosyal Karne:
- Does not perform unauthorized actions on the user's Google account.
- Does not make changes to the Google Business Profile beyond the user's explicit permission.
- Does not use the user's data for ad targeting.
- Does not sell Google user data to third parties.
- Processes Google data only for the Platform's stated service purpose.
The user may remove the Google connection at any time through the panel.
9. Removing Connections and Revoking Access
The user may remove Instagram, Meta, Facebook or Google connections from the "Connected Accounts" section in the panel. When a connection is removed:
- New data fetching from the relevant platform stops.
- The related API token is deleted or disabled.
- Automatic report updates tied to the connection stop.
- The user may also remove the app's access from the relevant third-party platform's own settings.
Deletion of previously created reports must be requested separately.
10. Rules of Use
The user may use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate commercial purposes. The following uses are prohibited:
- Connecting accounts without authorization
- Using business data belonging to others without permission
- Entering false, misleading or unlawful information
- Copying, reproducing or reverse engineering the Platform
- Attempting to bypass the system's security measures
- Violating API limits or technical restrictions
- Using bots, scrapers, automated queries or unauthorized software
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Using the Platform for malware, spam, attacks or abuse
- Manipulating reports or using them in misleading commercial statements
- Violating the rules of third-party platforms
- Carrying out activities contrary to law, morality or public order
If these rules are violated, the Company may suspend the account, restrict access or terminate the service.
11. Nature of the Reports
Reports created by Sosyal Karne are prepared using information provided by the user, data obtained from connected accounts, accessible publicly available information, third-party API data and system analyses.
Reports:
- Are intended for information and analysis.
- Do not guarantee definitive results.
- Do not constitute a guarantee of commercial success.
- Do not guarantee increased sales.
- Do not guarantee advertising performance.
- Do not guarantee rankings on Google, Instagram or other platforms.
- Do not guarantee customer acquisition.
- Do not replace legal, financial or strategic advice.
The user should apply the assessments and recommendations in the reports based on their own business judgment.
12. Scores and Recommendations
The scores, ratings, analysis results and recommendations provided on the Platform may be produced using technical systems, algorithms, data sources and manual or automated assessment criteria. These scores:
- Are provided to assess the user's current digital visibility.
- Do not represent absolute truth or a guaranteed result.
- May be affected by gaps or delays in the platforms' API data.
- Depend on the accuracy of the information entered by the user.
- May change over time.
The Company may update the scoring methodology and analysis criteria from time to time.
13. Pricing
Services may be offered free of charge, as a one-time paid service, on a subscription basis, as an agency package, as a corporate package or as a custom offer. Fees are stated on the package page, payment screen or offer form.
Before making a payment, the user is obliged to review:
- The package scope,
- The service fee,
- Taxes and additional fees,
- The delivery terms,
- The refund and cancellation conditions,
- The subscription renewal information.
14. Payment
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, virtual POS, payment service provider or other supported payment methods.
The user accepts that the information they provide during payment is accurate and that they are authorized to use the payment instrument.
Payment transactions may be processed through the secure infrastructure of third-party payment providers.
The Company cannot be held responsible for interruptions, errors, bank declines, authorization problems or payment delays caused by the payment provider.
15. Subscriptions
Current status: Sosyal Karne currently offers only one-time report card packages (single-channel report cards and the Full Package). No subscription model is offered. The terms below will apply if a subscription service is offered in the future.
Some services may be offered on a subscription model. For subscriptions:
- The billing period is stated on the package page.
- The subscription may renew automatically.
- The user may cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
- Fees paid for the current period may not be refunded if use of the service has started.
- When a subscription is canceled, no fee is charged for the next period.
- When a subscription ends, some panel features and report updates may be stopped.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the nature of the service purchased. For digital services, the right to a refund may be limited after any of the following:
- If panel access has been provided
- If report preparation has started
- If the analysis process has been initiated
- If the user has made an Instagram/Google connection and data fetching has started
- If a report specific to the user has been created
- If the digital report has been made viewable in the panel
- If the subscription period has started
If the service cannot be provided at all because of a technical error, the user may contact the support team. Detailed conditions are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
17. Delivery and Provision of Digital Services
The service is provided digitally. No physical product or shipping delivery takes place. The general flow after purchase is as follows:
- The user selects a package.
- The user completes the payment.
- Panel access is created or assigned to the existing account.
- The user enters the business information.
- If needed, the user connects their Instagram, Meta or Google account.
- The system analyzes the required data.
- The report is displayed in the panel or delivered to the user digitally.
The report preparation time starts after the user has provided all required information and connections in full. If the user does not provide the required information or make the required connections, delivery of the service may be delayed or the report may be prepared incompletely.
18. Content and Information Provided by the User
The user may enter business information, websites, social media accounts, description texts, support messages or other content into the Platform.
The user accepts that the content they provide:
- Is accurate,
- Is lawful,
- Does not infringe the rights of third parties,
- Is content they hold the necessary authority to have processed and analyzed.
The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading or unauthorized information provided by the user.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design, interface, brand, logo, algorithms, report format, text, graphics, analysis methods, score structure, code, data models and documentation on Sosyal Karne belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders.
The user may not:
- Copy the Platform.
- Attempt to extract the source code.
- Reproduce report templates without permission.
- Resell the service.
- Reverse engineer the software.
- Use the brand and visual elements without permission.
- Develop a competing product by copying the Platform's analysis methodology.
The user may use a purchased report for their own business. Selling, reproducing or turning reports into a commercial product for third parties is subject to the Company's written permission.
20. Availability of the Service
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible. The Service may be interrupted for the following reasons:
- Maintenance work
- Server problems
- Software updates
- Security measures
- API outages
- Third-party platform changes
- Payment system outages
- Internet infrastructure problems
- Force majeure
- Unauthorized access or attack attempts
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of the service but cannot be held responsible for problems caused by third parties.
21. Third-Party API and Data Limitations
The Platform may work in connection with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, payment providers or other third-party services. Therefore:
- Some data may not be retrievable due to API limits.
- Platforms may change the scope of permissions.
- Some accounts may not be eligible for connection.
- Data may not be retrievable if the user's account authority is insufficient.
- Platform-related delays may occur.
- Changes to API rules may affect the scope of the Service.
In these cases, the Company tries to offer an alternative solution to the extent possible but is not responsible for the decisions of third-party platforms.
22. Suspension or Termination of the Account
The Company may suspend the user's account, restrict access or terminate the service in the following cases:
- Violation of the Terms of Use
- Unlawful use
- Unauthorized account connection
- False or misleading information
- Failure to meet payment obligations
- Abuse or attack attempts
- Violation of third-party platform rules
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Behavior that threatens the integrity or security of the system
- Activities that put the Company's commercial reputation or legal security at risk
Termination of the account does not extinguish the Company's accrued receivables or legal rights.
23. Data Deletion and Account Closure
The user may request that their account be closed or their personal data be deleted. These requests can be sent to gizlilik@vebusoft.com.
For an account closure or data deletion request:
- The user's identity may be verified.
- Account ownership may be checked.
- Records subject to a legal retention obligation may be kept for the relevant period.
- New data fetching from connected accounts stops.
- API tokens are deleted or disabled.
- Panel access may be closed.
24. Privacy
Details on the processing of user data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, the user accepts having read the Privacy Policy and that their personal data may be processed within the scope of that policy.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for:
- Indirect damages,
- Loss of profit,
- Loss of data,
- Loss of reputation,
- Loss of business opportunity,
- Damages caused by third-party platforms,
- Consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user,
- Commercial consequences arising from the user applying or not applying the report recommendations,
- API outages or missing data,
- Problems caused by the payment provider or bank.
Sosyal Karne is an analysis and reporting service. Reports do not guarantee commercial success, sales, customer acquisition, advertising performance or platform visibility.
26. Indemnification
The user agrees to compensate any damages the Company suffers as a result of the user violating the Terms of Use, connecting accounts without authorization, infringing the rights of third parties, providing false information or using the Platform unlawfully.
27. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, strikes, internet outages, power outages, decisions of public authorities, cyberattacks, third-party platform outages, payment system outages and events beyond the Company's reasonable control are considered force majeure.
The Company cannot be held responsible for temporary or permanent disruption of the service due to force majeure.
28. Changes
The Company may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

In the case of significant changes, users may be informed by email, panel notification or through the website.
If the user continues to use the Platform after the changes, they are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
29. Assignment and Transfer
The user may not transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to third parties without the Company's written permission.
The Company may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties in cases such as the transfer of business operations, a company merger, restructuring or a change of service provider.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
The invalid provision is interpreted as the valid provision closest to its purpose.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
For consumer transactions, the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
For commercial transactions and disputes between merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
