4. Description of the Service
Sosyal Karne provides digital services for analyzing the digital visibility and performance of businesses. The services available for purchase may include:
- One-time digital performance report
- Instagram analysis report
- Google Business Profile analysis report
- Website visibility and conversion analysis
- Panel access
- PDF or digital report output
The scope of the service is stated on the purchase screen or the offer page.
One package = one report card credit. Each package purchased gives the right to have one (1) report card prepared for one business. The credit is considered used when a report card request is created, and you can see your remaining credits on the "Packages" screen in your panel. A second report card for the same business, or a report card for another business, requires the purchase of a new package. Deleting the business record does not restore a used credit. If we reject the request, the credit is returned.
5. Service Fee and Payment
The total fee for the service is shown on the purchase screen. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, virtual POS or through a payment service provider.
Before completing the payment, the Buyer declares having read and accepted the scope of the service, the price, the delivery terms and the refund conditions.
6. Provision of the Service
The service is provided online. No physical delivery takes place.
After purchase, the Buyer may be given panel access, a report creation screen, connection instructions or access to a digital report.
To prepare the report, the Buyer may need to enter the required business information, make the Instagram / Google connections or provide the requested data. If the Buyer does not provide the required information, report preparation may be delayed or may not be completed.

The delivery time of the service may vary depending on the package purchased.
Unless stated otherwise, the digital report is displayed in the panel or sent to the Buyer by email within a reasonable time after the required information and connections have been completed.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
The Buyer accepts that the right of withdrawal and refund conditions for digital services may vary depending on the nature of the service.
The right to a refund may be limited after digital report preparation has started, panel access has been provided, the analysis process has been initiated, or performance of the service has started with the Buyer's approval.
If the service cannot be provided at all because of a technical error, the Buyer may contact the support team.
