This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer, before purchasing a digital service through Sosyal Karne, about the service, the seller, the payment terms, and the delivery and refund conditions.

2. Key Features of the Service
Sosyal Karne provides digital analysis, performance reporting and visibility assessment services for businesses. Depending on the package purchased, the service may include:
- Instagram performance analysis
- Google Business Profile analysis
- Website conversion and visibility analysis
- Digital performance score
- Report as a PDF or in the panel
- Improvement recommendations
The scope of the service is limited to the descriptions stated on the package or payment page.
One package = one report card credit. Each package purchased gives the right to have one (1) report card prepared for one business. The credit is considered used when a report card request is created, and you can see your remaining credits on the "Packages" screen in your panel. A second report card for the same business, or a report card for another business, requires the purchase of a new package. Deleting the business record does not restore a used credit. If we reject the request, the credit is returned.
3. Total Price
The sale price of the service is shown on the purchase screen, either including or excluding taxes. Any additional fees, subscription renewal terms or package scope are shown to the Buyer before payment.
4. Payment Information
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or through a payment service provider. The payment is processed through the secure infrastructure of the relevant payment institution.
5. Delivery and Provision of the Service
The service is provided digitally. No physical delivery takes place.
After purchase, the Buyer may be given panel access, a report creation screen or delivery of a digital report. To create the report, the Buyer may need to provide the required information or make the relevant account connections.
6. Delivery Time
The digital report is prepared within the stated time after the required information and connections have been completed. Unless stated otherwise, the report preparation time starts after the Buyer has provided all required information in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital services, the right of withdrawal varies depending on the nature of the service and whether performance of the service has started. If report preparation, the analysis process or delivery of the digital service has started with the Buyer's approval, the right of withdrawal and refund may be limited.
8. Refund Conditions
A cancellation request may be submitted before report preparation starts.
A refund may not be made after report preparation has started, digital content has been delivered, panel access has been activated or the analysis has been completed. If the service cannot be provided at all because of a technical failure, the Buyer may contact the support team.

10. Acknowledgment
Before completing the payment, the Buyer acknowledges having read this Pre-Information Form and having been informed about the nature of the service, its price, the delivery terms and the refund conditions.
