Delivery / Digital Service Policy

This Delivery / Digital Service Policy explains how digital services purchased through Sosyal Karne are provided to the user.

1. Nature of the Service

Sosyal Karne does not sell physical products. The services offered are digital and may include the following:

• Digital analysis report
• Social media performance report
• Google Business Profile analysis
• Website visibility analysis
• Panel access
• PDF report

2. Delivery Method

The service may be delivered by one or more of the following methods:

• Viewing in the user panel
• Downloading as a PDF report
• Sending by email
• In-panel notification
• Corporate account access

No physical shipping or product delivery takes place.

3. Post-Purchase Flow

The general service flow after purchase is as follows:

1. The user selects a package.
2. The user completes the payment.
3. The user is redirected to the user panel.
4. The user enters the business details.
5. If needed, the user connects their Instagram and/or Google account.
6. The system analyzes the required data.
7. The report is displayed in the panel or shared by email.

4. Report Preparation Time

The report preparation time may vary depending on the package purchased and whether the required information has been completed. Unless stated otherwise, the time period starts after the user has provided all required information in full and completed the relevant account connections.

If the user does not provide the required information or does not complete the account connections, the report delivery time may be extended.

5. Information Required from the User

To prepare the report, the user may be asked for the following information:

• Business name
• Website address
• Instagram username or link
• Google Business Profile link
• Industry / category
• Contact and billing information
• Other information provided through the panel

6. Services That Require a Connection

Some services may require an Instagram, Meta or Google connection. If the user does not make the required connection:

• The report may be prepared incompletely.
• Some analysis sections may remain empty.
• Delivery of the service may be delayed.
• The system may perform only a limited analysis based on the information the user has provided.

7. Access and Usage Period

One-time reports are provided to the user within the stated scope. For subscription services, the access period is determined by the subscription period purchased. When the subscription ends, panel access or the report renewal feature may be stopped.

One package gives one (1) report card credit for one business. The credit is considered used as soon as a report card request is created; you can see your remaining credits on the "Packages" screen in your panel. Deleting the business record does not restore a used credit. A new report card requires the purchase of a new package.

8. Delivery Issues

If the user cannot access the report or has a delivery-related issue, they may contact the support team.

9. When the Service Is Considered Complete

The service may be considered delivered when any of the following occurs:

• The report becomes viewable in the panel
• The PDF report is generated
• The report is sent by email
• Panel access is provided
• The analysis service is made available to the user
